Yes, you can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Simply log into your account and go to “Subscriptions” in your account profile. Click the three dots next to your current plan, select “Change Plan”, and follow the on-screen instructions. Your access to Triple Point Trading content will be updated immediately after your payment is processed. You will be charged at a pro-rated amount based on the time remaining in your current billing cycle. To downgrade your subscription plan, you will need to contact our customer support team. To do this, you can either submit a ticket through the “Contact” page, send an email to support@triplepointtrading.net, or call [Insert Phone #]. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 12 business hours.
