What happens if my payment fails?
Consequences of failed payments.
If your payment fails, you will receive a notification via email and in your “Notification Bell” icon. You’ll have a grace period to update your payment method. If the issue isn’t resolved within that period, your access to the service may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed.
